Standard testing completion is 3 to 5 business days from the date sample receipt is logged at our facility. Accelerated fast-track testing (24 to 48 hours) is available upon request for priority analytical batches.
You can verify any official report using our online COA Verification Tool. Simply input the Lot or Batch Number printed on your report or sample label (e.g., RETA-2026-1102) to confirm authenticity and access the signed document.
Sample volume requirements depend on the requested testing panel:
- Lyophilized Vials / Powders: Minimum 10 mg required per compound.
- Liquid Formulations: Minimum 0.5 mL in a sealed vial.
- Full Heavy Metal & Endotoxin Panels: Additional 15–20 mg recommended.
Our laboratory is equipped with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC-UV/DAD) for purity quantitation, Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for exact molecular weight verification, ICP-MS for heavy metals, and NMR spectroscopy for structural elucidation.
No. CanBioLab functions strictly as an independent third-party analytical laboratory providing testing services for research reference standards and raw chemical substrates. We do not manufacture, prescribe, or assess compounds for human or clinical consumption.
Samples should be packaged in sealed, leak-proof containers (glass vials or microtubes) wrapped in protective bubble wrap. Temperature-sensitive samples should be shipped via expedited courier with gel ice packs. Always enclose a printed Chain of Custody (CoC) submission sheet inside the parcel.
